Ugh. I took some extreme measures just to make the monthly goal, so there was fasting beyond what I should have done. Now those pounds have come back.

I just need to keep it up and push hard to meet the Round 2 goal. I have a little over a pound to go, which means I'll probably be fasting on the weigh-in day until I can make weight.

I could really use a non-scale victory! So far I look and feel the same, aside from feeling hungry every night when I'm trying to fall asleep. But at least the scale moved, thanks to the end of shark week. :)

Formal exercise. This week was yard work and some tasks up and down a ladder, so I didn't touch my kettlebells.
