Non-scale victory of the week!

Started intermittent fasting. Still at 14-10, but I'll work my way to 16-8 when I clear my schedule (I literally leave my house before 9am and return after 9pm). Also, I cooked for myself every day this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I am satisfied with everything I did diet-wise but I still need to focus more on my mental health. Cooking for myself makes me happy though.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Stay in this IF/cooking lane and walk a bit more. I'm taking it slow but the results are great and I feel better.

Not losing my mind under the weight of everything that I have to do.

I know that this should be an upgrade but I think I need to care of my mental health as well so I just eant to keep it slow. I want to find things in my diet and exercise that make me feel good mentally.
