Non-scale victory of the week!
This week victory I notice it is easier to bend down and pick something up. I still have pain everyday so it is hard to exercise the was I could when I was younger but I am still trying to stay active. I find getting around at work is a bit easier. I am a nurse and one of the most frustrating and embarrassing is trying to get around in a small hospital room with a bunch of equipment. Also, when a physical therapist or respiratory therapist is trying to look for you and they call you someone else's name thinking you were her and this person is gigantic. I would think frequently at work, "At least I am not as big as Suzy". But this will quickly change. It just gives me more motivation.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I am snacking too much at work, they are OK things to eat but I think I need to get out of the habit snacking when I am charting on the computer at the nurses station.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
My goals are to be conscience of everything I am putting in my mouth and to excercise more. My long term goal, I want to make this pictures weight again by February 2018.
