Non-scale victory of the week!

As the main cook for my household, I made amazing broccoli beef ramen for my family and made myself a separate serving with bok choy instead of noodles, less sodium and no sugar. *pats self on back*

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

when we have family get togethers and not eating certain foods/sodas available. also, having the drive to go and work out! i have a very physical job but it’s not consistent enough and also does not counter my poor diet
