What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Continuing to eat healthily when people around me are eating foods I enjoy. Being consistent, since it is taking a long time for my body to lose the weight. I know I am over-stressed, which isn't helping anything. My body keeps hitting plateaus.
