I had a terrific week. However, I would like to see more tiny meals throughout the day instead of having big lunch and dinner.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Kids made home made jojos and I didn't even have a tiny bite.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More exercise. But having been sick has left us feeling utterly fatigued. Next week, hopefully!
