What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I have had a very stressful last 6 months I have gain almost 45lbs.. My goals are to sleep more, eat better and exercise more.. I tried this in Dec but wasn't able to successfully get on track o have gained 16lb! Since then.. I am uncomfortable and need a change.. Hopefully I 'can do it this time!
