Non-scale victory of the week!
Started keto and actually stuck to it for 4 whole days. That's an accomplishment in itself for me
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Nothing. I've worked out all 4 days and followed keto exactly. I've tried getting healthy multiple times over the past year and this is the first time it hasn't bothered me

Just to keep at it. I lost a lot of weight but I know it's water weight. I need to continue if I want to see real results
