Non-scale victory of the week!
I've been doing really great at thinking outside of the box for gluten and wheat-free Foods. I found that I don't like a lot of gluten-free breads and desserts or chips. Going back to my roots, plantain chips and date nut nuggets are the best!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
We have some celebration this week for our anniversary so eating was a little bit out of norm. I could have done better but I did pretty well considering.
