Non-scale victory of the week!

meals have been getting easier to put together. I tend to do was simple and doing LCHF makes the volume smaller but it still get/stay full!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

pay attention to my surroundings. hit my head last weekend and fell at work on Monday.

Non-scale victory of the week!

We had people over for 2 days and then went to a friend's house and kept my portions down. I couldn't weigh my food when I was away, but I had a salad with taco meat. I did have some ranch with veggie sticks but avoided the chicken wings and fries.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still need to work on getting more sleep. I keep waking up to pee and not being able to get back to sleep quickly.

Do ONE yoga session. Last week was busy, this week is open --I can do it!

Non-scale victory of the week!

last week was the 4th of July and I didn't have any nmf and didn't snack. it was difficult, but I still had fun with family and had some delicious tri-tip, guacamole, salad, and fruit

I want to do more short exercise sessions and incorporate some yoga.

Started exercise challenge yesterday and I'm sore, but I DID IT! Totally excited to complete 30 days.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I know I probably won't win this round, but I gave it my best shot. I'm still not giving up and going to lose as much as I can by Sunday! I so want to get these pounds off!!!
