What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m eating too late & not drinking enough water. Gotta hit it hard to end the challenge. I’ve been lax with my steps- not hitting my goal for the day.

Hitting 10,000 steps each day. Drinking my body weight in water & eating balanced meals but NOT late in the evening.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Had 2 or 3 days last week of 18,000 steps. Ended up with 77,000 for 5 days.

Had a baby shower for my daughter. Although I passed up the soda, I couldn’t resist the cake & other goodies.

Weigh out for the challenge begins tonight at midnight. Hoping to continue this path & not blow it at the last minute. I couldn’t get my lil dog to move out of the pic so I had a photo bomber. Lol!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Need to try harder to avoid Pepsi. I can avoid soda with no trouble except for Pepsi & coke- I struggle if I see it or smell it. Wouldn’t even have it in my home but my 18 year old wants it. When I become an empty-nester, I won’t buy it. It’s my daily struggle.
