Managed to flush out most of that crazy 8lb "sickness is coming" water gain.
Was off the keto wagon but hopped right back on and back to going strong.
Cleaned out the fridge and did a keto shop. Have my lunch components prepped through to Sunday, and have dinner for 2 more nights after tonight.
Realized for the prize draws that you have to do the photo weigh in, not just the number entry. I got it in 15 min before deadline!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Not been dying of the plague? Jokes.
Not spend 3 days on crappy canned soup just because I am sick and it's a comfort food. My buddy brought me keto cream of chicken soup with bacon and, well, it was so delicious that I was ashamed of my ramen/Campbell's. Ha!Ha!
