I didn't eat in the evenings past 6pm a couple of nights. That was good. My grandma died yesterday, and I cried a lot. I probably lost some weight to the tears. Not a good thing at all. I owe it to my Babushka to lose weight. She always talked about it. I wish she could see a healthier me.

I could have kept away from sweets more. And drank more water.

Do the elliptical at least 3 times. Drink 16 oz of water first thing in the morning every morning. Go for a walk, even a short walk, everyday. Pray and practice piano at least for 15 mins. This will boost morale.
