I ran for 35 minutes straight - this is the longest I’ve gone. Coming from being a challenge to walk for 40 minutes at 3mph in September, I feel incredibly proud of this.

I feel like I did pretty well overall, but I didn’t log very well.

I wasn’t able to get to the gym as much as I’d have liked. So I improvised with doing walks on lunch at work and can get 2 miles in along the path I take.

I went grocery shopping and was hungry, wanting all kinds of junk. Found myself looking at cookies and ice cream etc - I didn’t give in.
