Exercise more. Missed out of gym classes this week-school closed for long weekend and no gym today in lieu of Veterans Day assembly during gym. Thank you, Veterans!!

Still engaged in DietBet up until hubby out of town for weekend. Stress ate a little. His annual pilgrimage brings eating out traditions of 1- Asian takeout with youngest child. I split mine into 2 meals over weekend instead of 1. 2- breakfast with bro, another pilgrimage weekend tradition. Had 1 biscuit instead of 2, 1 tater tot instead of entire order. Also had 3-Cracker Barrel with son. I left off bacon, sausage AND ham and traded for extra egg instead. I weighed this am for 246 but was just 248 after dinner when hubby home to help with pix for weigh-in.

Exercise but hip aching unusually so didn't.

Regular days of exercise, dress out when the kids are in gym classs and join in, increase water intake and track it. Remember my blessings who want me to live long and healthy.
