What do you feel you could have done better this week?
We had my boyfriend’s birthday/Halloween party on Saturday, and because of it I let the whole weekend slip away from me. I found myself not caring about how much candy I stuffed in my mouth or how much soda I consumed. However, despite only gaining a pound to my surprise, I am still devastated and spent today hating myself for being so wreckless. I’m afraid I don’t have the motivation or commitment to myself and can’t bring myself to care.
