Non-scale victory of the week!

I stayed away from foods I usually eat under stressful situations even though I had a very bad week. I planned ahead so that I would have healthy food when it would have been easier to eat out. I also tidied my bedroom and threw away most of my clutter

Non-scale victory of the week!

Stayed away from sweets for a few days

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Stayed away from sweets the whole week. Now I realize it’s a trigger for me to overeat so I shouldn’t have any sugar in any amount

Go to bed earlier. Freeze the cookies I just made in single portion sizes so that I don’t overconsume and then not make any more sweets for a while. Yoga every other day. This week will be stressful but I won’t let the stress at work make me lose focus on my plans right now!!
