Feeling more confident in my own skin, and receiving lots of compliments on my hard work so far!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
exercise. I havent been going as hard with exercise because I've been tired. also, stress at work has been causing me to forget to eat or feel too nauseous to eat.

eat more! enjoy myself, go for bike rides in the warm weather, and walk/bike to work whenever the weather allows.
