Non-scale victory of the week!

Felt smaller, lighter

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not eaten so many cookie/cupcakes at work and candy at home. Also I drank too much alcohol. I usually never drink but had 5 drinks last week.

How many days did you exercise last week?

Exercise ALL 5 DAYS, drink my water, avoid sugar.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Said no to donuts at work twice (including walking by then constantly for two days), didn't eat cookies my coworker brought me, bought high calorie coffee but didn't drink it even though I wasted money on it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eat more veggies/high volume foods to feel fuller. I've been hungry all week and hangry because of it.

Work out 5 days, plan meals and snacks ahead of time so I'm not scrambling/eating out when I'm hungry.
