Non-scale victory of the week!
I've managed to fit in enough "treats" to my daily intake that I'm feeling really good about things. I also went on a walk when I felt anxious instead of binging!!

This next week I really want to make sure I get my exercise in. I'm hoping to start going on a quick walk in the mornings before or immediately after my Zoom meetings.
