Non-scale victory of the week!
switched to smoothies instead of real food which isn’t sustainable but is helping me to get into ketones and drop pounds fast which is motivating and what I need right now!

keep up liquid diet one more week with added in veg and protein. once I get normal feeling add back in weights…cardio only isn’t enough
