switched to smoothies instead of real food which isn’t sustainable but is helping me to get into ketones and drop pounds fast which is motivating and what I need right now!

have been resisting bad food all week and the reward is that I now fit into a size smaller…well almost fit…still a little too tight but the size up is falling off of me sooo yay!
