What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I am pretty awesome/consistent with my workouts going to the gym 5-6 days a week but my diet is CRAP! I'm an emotional eater and a binge eater so those two things seem to sabotage any good progress which is so incredibly frustrating. I want to work on having a healthier relationship with food!
