Did 7 strength training sessions (lasting 45min to hour and 15min) within the last 8 days. Also did a lot of meal prep this past week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not ate a ton of almonds, the two hot pockets, and not "rewarded" myself with extra food.

started weighing my food again, which definitely helped a lot. Had previously re-gained everything I lost the first two weeks. Weighing and measuring my food helped change that.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Did decent most days, but ate waaaay too much last night. Have to get more control of myself and only have one cheat meal a week, not cheat day or cheat night, and only have a small serving of the "cheat meal", not binge on it.
