I eat out on average once per day, and I have to change my diet. I haven't been able to rely on exercise because I have joint pain and swelling issues.

To go a week without eating out, plan a menu for eating at home, and meet with a trainer to see if there's something I can do with exercise that will not make my joints hurt.
