Non-scale victory of the week!

Super stressful life changes this week and I never veered off my path to healthful eating.

Drink more water and exercise. More fiberous foods.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Turned down pizza for lunch yesterday at work. Cupcakes for coworkers birthday stared at me all day and I said no. Went to dinner with my husband and turned down bread and my beloved potatoes and sugary dessert to make healthier choices that didn't leave me feeling icky afterwards. I don't feel deprived, I don't feel guilty, I feel good.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink more water, get up and move more while at work, get in at least 15 - 30 minutes of exercise before or after work. Just start!

Get organized and stay strong. Don't get discouraged by other people and what they are or are not doing. Focus on what I'm doing and need to do. Try at least one new recipe.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Getting through stressful times without giving in or giving up. That was huge for me this week. I stayed on track!

Exercise plan. Other than regular walking, I didn't get in the three 15-30 minute cardio that I wanted to.

Continue with my eating plan. Journal more regularly, either here or in my golden book. Get an exercise plan together and get moving. I've done it before I will do it again.
