Turned down pizza for lunch yesterday at work. Cupcakes for coworkers birthday stared at me all day and I said no. Went to dinner with my husband and turned down bread and my beloved potatoes and sugary dessert to make healthier choices that didn't leave me feeling icky afterwards. I don't feel deprived, I don't feel guilty, I feel good.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Drink more water, get up and move more while at work, get in at least 15 - 30 minutes of exercise before or after work. Just start!
