I got the pajama pants in the picture for Christmas and they were tight on my thighs, but not any more!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
By the end of the week I have finally broken through my plateau, so I believe I have done all I needed to do, to further my weight loss. Well... maybe I could have chosen to eat better.
