Non-scale victory of the week!
I’ve passed up a lot of carbs even with my husband eating them. I’ve said no to pop and stuck to water and coffee. Coffee I’m using stevia and almond milk. Little things. I’ve also deep cleaned my bathroom and living room.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
More exercise. I’ve been cleaning and I’ve got two workouts in but I definitely going to have to add more.

More exercise and cleaning more rooms. If my house is kept clean I have more time to exercise instead of working on it.
