Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve passed up a lot of carbs even with my husband eating them. I’ve said no to pop and stuck to water and coffee. Coffee I’m using stevia and almond milk. Little things. I’ve also deep cleaned my bathroom and living room.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More exercise. I’ve been cleaning and I’ve got two workouts in but I definitely going to have to add more.

More exercise and cleaning more rooms. If my house is kept clean I have more time to exercise instead of working on it.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've had a hard time saying no to foods I shouldn't be having. It is the week before Christmas. I've gotten up every morning and walked before work. It may not show on the scale but I am moving. I consider this a non-victory because the scale isn't showing an improvement but I am moving and that is something.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to eat foods that are low in sugar and healthier. I'm getting that at home but not at work. Going to have to food prep and make sure I have healthier lunches.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Diet and exercise. It may be Christmas but that's using the holiday as an excuse. No more. I will win this bet. Time to get back to weights and HIIT because that is what works for me due to the PCOS.
