I didn't eat most of the piece of birthday cake I bought for myself which is HUGE because usually I'm a cake fiend!!

I've been really watching what I take in and dabbling with cutting out dairy. I'm a cheese addict so this was tough! but I do think I hold on to extra water weight when I consume a lot of it.

I never seem to be able to get my water levels where they need to be!!

I got WAY more sleep and I think that has helped me get past my 239 plateau!!! yay!

definitely ate better for the most part and also drank WAY more water!! exercise not so much, but lately I'm totally exhausted so I've been focusing on getting better sleep which I think is also helping.

my confidence is in the toilet. I don't know what's wrong with me and now I got my period early so I'm holding on to water weight. I started this dietbet thinking I would lose too much and it turned out I definitely didnt need to worry about that. I want to cry.

I'm going to bed earlier!! with the quarantine I've been going to bed later and later and that usually also led to snacking on junk and high calorie drinks. not anymore, feeling back on track! my only worry is what if I lose too much and lose this game?! that would totally suck!

I do need to start exercising again, but my arm hurts so bad I'm afraid to swing it around too much
