Non-scale victory of the week!
My NSV for this week is that I have been making the effort to stop eating when I’m full. Normally I would eat until I feel sick because the food tasted so good. I also haven’t felt bloated and just feel a little more energized.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have not had such heavy dinners. Even if I only eat half, having bacon chicken mac n cheese or a chimichanga can really hurt at the end of the day. I also wish I would have worked out even once.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Meal prep my lunches. Make breakfast every weekday. Eat one fruit and one veggie per day. Work out twice.
