After a gradual workdown the carb count is back under 20g per day & the drive to binge in the evenings is already starting to plummet.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have been less crabby about being around other people and their carbs.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Ketosis. More TRX and to bounce walking up to running. Start a new Game.
