  • The scale says I dropped a whole two pounds between yesterday morning and today… idk if I trust it, but I’m trying to be happy about it lol.

    Breakfast is a protein waffle with vanilla Greek yogurt, to try to trick myself into thinking I’m eating a cake with frosting.

That looks SO good! I'm not vegetarian, but I have been eating less meat here and there to cut some saturated fat out of my diet. I'll have to try these.

I'm in the same spot. Workouts every day, lots of veggies, hitting my water goal. The scale is stuck right now, but i know it will drop soon. Don't give up. Not getting enough sleep or a little stress can make my weight stall, and then it will all drop at once.

I tend to prepare a few dishes and snacks so they are ready to “heat and eat” or “grab and go”. This weekend I found some “healthy” treat options that I would like to make to satisfy a “sweet treat” craving if it happens. Also having healthy options for my family is a great way to break habits of unhealthy eating on the weekend

My biggest challenge is “dinner and done”…. I find that I get hungry around 830 pm.
Has anyone else experienced this and overcame not eating after dinner? Maybe I just need to push through and it will get easier. I know this is one of the main obstacles that is stopping me from the losing and gaining cycle.

On my last meal plan, I was having an apple for desert, after the stress of putting my stubborn toddler down for the night and as a means of relaxing with a little treat before bed. I sliced it thin, put it in a bowl, and topped it with cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon each of vanilla and butter extracts, and about a tbsp of honey, and then microwaved it for about 2 minutes… tastes like apple pie, without packing too many extra calories. I found myself really looking forward to it each night! Maybe you could plan something like that into your day.

It's always been a perk of her DietBet in the past, but I haven't seen confirmation from her for this one yet. In any case, IF she does them, She will post the link in this group sometime today and then she post a recording after the fact. Sometimes it's later that day, sometimes it's a few day delay to post.
