I stuck to my calorie goal, choosing foods that fit - in the mall food court deciding that although I'd rather eat pad thai - I had the calories available for Subway and decided to fit that kind of meal in on a day when I "budgeted" for it. I drank lots of water and even though my weight was plateaued for a couple weeks I stayed the course and maintained healthy habits. I started exercising more and am doing what I'm able with my neck and hip injury. I'm feeling very positive!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Eaten more regularly when I knew my days were long, maybe brought snacks so I wasn't starving by the time supper came

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I want to keep up with my goals. I find that after a Dietbet ends I eat all the things and gain a bit back. I don't think I will this time as I'm not doing anything extreme with my food and can eat what I want.
