Non-scale victory of the week!

I thought hard about why I was struggling and remembered I do best with meal planning and pre made healthy lunches and dinners. I thought about meals I would be excited to eat and ordered my groceries yesterday and made my first meal prep in over a month. today I am making this weeks dinners! I also purchased treats, and weighed them out so I can enjoy a bit every day.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I stuck to my calorie goal, choosing foods that fit - in the mall food court deciding that although I'd rather eat pad thai - I had the calories available for Subway and decided to fit that kind of meal in on a day when I "budgeted" for it. I drank lots of water and even though my weight was plateaued for a couple weeks I stayed the course and maintained healthy habits. I started exercising more and am doing what I'm able with my neck and hip injury. I'm feeling very positive!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eaten more regularly when I knew my days were long, maybe brought snacks so I wasn't starving by the time supper came

I want to keep up with my goals. I find that after a Dietbet ends I eat all the things and gain a bit back. I don't think I will this time as I'm not doing anything extreme with my food and can eat what I want.

I'm able to fit in treats with moderation and still sticking to a great calorie goal.

I could have done more meal prep however it's been so busy I feel like I have done really well by making good choices for food!

I plan on meal rolling for my last week of work before vacation and by really keeping my goals in mind over the holidays! I want to enjoy some holidatfavourites without having to eat everything in mass quantities. I'm going to bring my protein bars with me on our trip so I always have something in there arent healthy options around at the time.

I have made really poor choices and need to get back on track. I'm hoping this Dietbet helps me to focus again. I think I am restricting myself too much and need to find a better balance.
