What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Eating properly and managing my time to cook: I am not so efficient nor effective in the cooking and time management departments. When there’s nothing to eat or I get hungry, I will grab the nearest tasty thing I can find. Also, I love carbs. My favorite meals always include some form of pastry/bread and meat. An ideal breakfast is toast, egg, Tomatoe and sausage; lunch is a burger and dinner is some meat, soft vegetables and bread/potatoe/rice.
