I loved my ellipticalninto the house for easier access. It was in the garage and kept getting shoved over and buried every time my husband wanted to do some woodworking or work on a car and I was getting discouraged by having to rearrange everything frequently... so I brought it into the house! by myself :) I can now exercise in the air conditioning and it’s relatively out of the way in the computer room. Also, I found this amazing 0 carb snack. prosciutto wrapped mozzerella sticks. omw.... SO yummy!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I need to find a way to incorporate weights training . the weight set is still out in the garage.
