I’ve been snacking probably too much in the afternoon. I probably need to cut it out if i want to make my weigh in next week (and I do!)

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m just getting started. My pants were uncomfortable so… time to lose weight again. I wish I could just eat and maintain weight like a normal person.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I started Weight Watchers on the last Wednesday of July. I started Monday after. My first night at weight watchers I wore a button down dress that I had to safety pin in several places to keep it from gapping. Three weeks after and 10 lbs later, I wore it to church last night. no gapping :)

exercise more. At least I’m still good with my step bet

I stayed within my weight watchers plan and exercised 5 days a week

losing weight would have been nice. I’m not sure why I didn’t! I’ve done so well eating too

there were cupcakes everywhere at work this week. I didn’t touch a one :) Also, I made my stepbet and exercise goals !

Non-scale victory of the week!

I loved my ellipticalninto the house for easier access. It was in the garage and kept getting shoved over and buried every time my husband wanted to do some woodworking or work on a car and I was getting discouraged by having to rearrange everything frequently... so I brought it into the house! by myself :) I can now exercise in the air conditioning and it’s relatively out of the way in the computer room. Also, I found this amazing 0 carb snack. prosciutto wrapped mozzerella sticks. omw.... SO yummy!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to find a way to incorporate weights training . the weight set is still out in the garage.

I feel like I’m finally in the zone! Not too hungry and cal tolerate eating 1500-1800 caloriea

I have strep throat 1 week after having a 2 week sinus infection. So...I haven’t exercised this week because I feel wiped. Did good last week though!
