My diet, i will up my game, no cheats during week. My exercise, do an exercise/carido every day, my sleep is great a hoo 7hrs.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My challenge would be my carb intake. My activity level is great, i do 40mins to 1 hr 30 mins of walking. Also i would focus on weight lifting & ab wotkout daily as well.

I plan on being strict on my carb intake. Activity level, i need to up my game and sweat more! My sleep pattern is excellent, zo no worries there!!
