Non-scale victory of the week!

I started taking krill oil and after 2 days my knee pain dissipated.

I got back on tract after binging at Christmas. This last day of the year we ate fast food favorites.

Walk 5 days at least 12K steps a day. Meditate 10 minutes a day. Find a yoga class that I can go to 2 x a week. Look into dragon boat team.
