Everything. This week was rough and I knew it would be. My diet was off, my exercise was off, my schedule was crazy. But I'm getting back on track this week.

This week is hard (next week will be too) because of my work with my community theater. It's hard to have meals ready when I'm at the theater. Working out feels impossible. But I'm going to make it work.
