Fitting into size 8 pants and buying new clothes

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Consistency in eating within boundaries and feeling too tired after work to exercise. Also, I go on quite a few trips that break up my routine and during which I don’t always have access to good food choices.
