Not eating a whole portion of ice cream

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Worked out more. I missed some days because of a grouchy toddler and because of cleaning the house to prepare for my husbands graduation party.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I only ate three bites of the cake my grandma sent home with me... After I told her I was working on losing weight...... So to not eat more just to not be wasteful was a success!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Better food choices. I stayed within my calorie limit, but I can make better choices within that limit.
