I prepared some lunches for next 3 days . Getting those veggies in. It’s lent so I’ve given up Diet soda which since starting this game only had a few on one weekend when I volunteered at women’s wellness weekend at YMCA Trout Lodge in Potosi, Mo, I’m so motivated to keep losing weight. I set a goal to lose 16 by April 4th (Leaving for Mexico), I’m down 12.6 so this is so doable. I’m so happy I joined dietbet with Lexi! When I get back I’m going to start again and again until I’m at my goal weight.

Just sticking to this weight loss journey is amazing to me. It’s been a rough 2+ years of Life changes and losses in my life I just put myself last and all my effort and emotions dealing with everything first. I need to start really exercising. I’m working on getting my feet back to normal (PF in both feet killing me).

My goal is to eat more vegetables, exercise and keep it going so I can lose total of 16-20 by April 4 when I leave for Mexico with all my sisters and Mom!!!

I’m making sure I eat all my calories for the day and keep moving. Getting just a little core work in. I know I need to kick it up in exercise. I watch that new show Bringing My Sexy Back and I know working out is key to sucessfully losing and keeping it off. As soon a this weather in Missouri decides its almost spring my bike is coming out. Haven’t road it in two years.

My goal is to be at 190 by April 4th when I leave for Mexico with my Mom, sisters and brother-in-laws. I’m so motivated and doing great on the food side and getting my steps in anywhere from 7,000 to 17,000 a day. I bought a AB wheel and an going to try to build up my core, strength and balance.
