Although I felt emotionally a wreck and gave into pancakes, I’m proud that I didn’t end up binge eating.

Staying on track and not letting my emotions get to me about moving across the country.

I went to try a size 14 on, hoping I wold fit into them comfortably and found out I was now a size 12!!

Had my water more consistently

My ring is really loose and keeps falling over to the side!!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Family gatherings. I am usually strong willed so I can use portion control with bad foods I just have to stay strong willed to not just throw the towel in for the day.
