Hi Krystal. I read your post and I want you to know that this is only the 1st month of a 6 month journey.
You may not see change right away and we all have life circumstances. I have been on a weight loss journey for 7 months and I am plateauing... so I will have the same thing happen to me, I'm sure.. where I don't see change.
Hang in, make healthy choices.. and have confidence in the fact that we are all in this together!!
