Today, I did a lot better with my eating than I had been over the holidays and I went grocery shopping to try and keep me on-track.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I need to be consistent with my healthy eating goals again, which I hadn’t been doing for months and I need to start getting back into my cardio routine at least 4x/week.
