Hey I wasn't sure how easy it would be for you to see my response on my photo of the cauliflower tots so I'm reporting it here for you just in case :)

I've had a hard time getting them to brown nicely but they smell great and taste pretty good too. If you're not a fan of a strong onion flavor you can use green onions instead of regular onions.
