nothing really but low mood the week before made it very hard not to eat everything, so I've been super strict this week and walking 3 times further than usual, still didn't make one of my weigh ins though

I had a week off dieting because I have covid 19 and just too tired to do all the food prep. plus I was getting sick of being constantly hungry even though spending so much time peeling, chopping and cooking vegetables.
