Non-scale victory of the week!
Feel like I'm getting my motivation back. Oh yea I'm also gonna have a baby!! And yes my dr. did clear me to lose weight in a healthy way due to me being obese and never having health issues during any of my other pregnancies. Just gotta keep at least a 1500-1700 calorie diet.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have not succumb to my sweet tooth cravings. but apparently that didnt matter cuz I still lost a lb.
