Non-scale victory of the week!

Feel like I'm getting my motivation back. Oh yea I'm also gonna have a baby!! And yes my dr. did clear me to lose weight in a healthy way due to me being obese and never having health issues during any of my other pregnancies. Just gotta keep at least a 1500-1700 calorie diet.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have not succumb to my sweet tooth cravings. but apparently that didnt matter cuz I still lost a lb.

Did better not eating so much junk. I really think stress is getting to me. I cant get out of this funk though.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I worked out 1 day so I would ha e to say I need to step up my game. I know I can do it I just have trouble with motivation or something right now.

I need to workout at least one more day and cut out half the carbs. I know they are killing me and my energy! My photo is my new hobby though. taking pictures of the horizon at all times of the day. i want to put them in a collage of some sort one day.

Fit into size 14 shorts this week. I think it's been since high school maybe before since I was able to fit this size. I'm ecstatic!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Good eating habits and workouts are minimal. I need to get back on my grind. Does working in a factory and lifting parts non stop count as working out?

Non-scale victory of the week!

I don't have one. Been really depressed and spent more time with my family. But for some reason that enabled me to eat like crap and gain back 3lbs in a week. ?? I'm very upset with myself. However, it is what it is and I cant change the past. I'm trying to move on and do better from here on out. It's hard though. Emotional eating like a mf

Everything. Didn't really workout but 1 day. Ugh

Get my $h!t together and move forward. My mom went back to California and I'm sad. I plan to workout everyday this week maybe more than once a day. Also, I need to get back on my 1200 calorie diet.

Took some much needed time off work. Glad not to be at work but it's been just as stressful at home. Not feeling it this week. Kinda depressed. But I did hit my goal from last week and got below 210. Plus my moms here from California and I got to spend more time with my family.

Could have eaten better and worked out more.

Try to get myself out of this funk. I do notice a big difference when I workout at least 5 days. My mood is better and I have energy.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Anyone who really knows me knows I LOVE MEXICAN FOOD! And with cinco de mayo being today I wanted food last night. So my bf went and got it and as I looked at the super size helping of calories and fat I wanted so bad just to dive in and eat it all til I fell asleep. However, I did the opposite. I ate just enough to feel a bit full then went and worked out on the trampoline with my 3 year old. We also kicked the ball around the yard. So I'm proud of how far I've come with being able to control myself.

Still have not done any meal prep or planning.

This week I'm plan to get down below 210. Gonna step up my workout game and on top of that try to stop hitting the snooze button in the AM. Tired of running late everyday. I want to get to the point where I'm working out or at least tanning before work. Wish me luck cuz I already get up at 330 am.

I'm doing good at keeping within my calories. I've had a few not so healthy choices but that's only because I allow myself to eat things i crave. Even if it's not as much as i would eat. But I've learned not to over indulge. I'm very proud of myself for that. No more binge eating.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have worked out harder. But I have incorporated new workouts. I especially love my trampoline I bought my son for Easter.

I really want to do meal planning/prep. I usually tend to eat my cravings at dinner because I'm so hungry. I feel with meal planning/prep I would eat better food.

Did pretty good today back on my diet full force. Slacked a bit last week. Bought a 15 ft trampoline for my son for Easter and got a pretty good workout on that today too. We both had a blast!

Need to stay focused and not give in to my temptation of ice cream and sweets.

Loose skin is beginning to tighten. My arm flab doesn't bother me as much. It could be my workouts or the fact that I use my face cream all over my body! LOL

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well considering I had Wendy's fries and a grilled chicken with only one bun yesterday. I could have not eaten that. However, I think my workouts this week were worst than my diet.

I really want to find more time to go to the gym. I workout at home more and I don't get as good of a workout. But with the weather breaking I can be more active outside. Oh and my picture is what I looked like after my first fillings. I couldn't stop laughing about my face not being able to move.

Already getting too small for my new size 18 clothes.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Had a rough week about to start my monthly girl thing. So all I wanted to eat was greasy, sugary food. I face in to small temptations but didn't overindulge. Just enough to taste pretty much. Plus I'm getting kinda depressed this happens on a monthly basis. Mania/ depression. Ugh.

Cleaning out my cabinets. My bf and son still eat everything I can't. So I'm trying to convert them. Although my 3 year old is eating salad, and a better variety of healthy foods ever since I went on my diet. So that's pretty cool.
