What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I've been snacking a lot, and even though my calories have been correct with my exercise, I haven't been strict with my snacking as I'm still maintaining. If I want to kick these last five pounds, I need to be at a deficit rather than maintenance. Time to start a new Dietbet to help get me there!!
