Finally started losing all my bloat from my medications. Was feeling good.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Disappointed all my medications hindered my progress weigh ins a bit. I’ll have to try harder next time.

Now that my excess water weight and bloat is gone I’ll start to see an improvement on the scale. I didn’t hit target this bet but I’ve got the next one!
