I could eat more fiber and leafy greens. I really need to readjust my food to incorporate more of both.

Last night I bought most of my food and wrote out my diet plan for the next week. For some reason Whole Foods was out of ground turkey and ground chicken meat, but today I am substituting with baked chicken.

I could have purchased my food over the weekend and prepped for the week. Instead, I am getting a late start.
