Non-scale victory of the week!
Doing a mile in 12 minutes on the arc trainer. Biking one mile in 4 minutes on bike on level 14. minutes
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Slipped up twice and gave into cravings. Luckily was able to balance it out by working hard at gym, but don’t need to make it a habit.
